Equitize provides an AI chat assistant for your website and, on the Talk To Your Biz plan, a private AI assistant over your own business data. Answers are generated by AI from the content you provide; while our systems are designed never to invent facts or prices, AI can make mistakes and you remain responsible for the content you publish and approve.
You confirm you have the right to the website content and documents you upload. You keep all ownership; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
Plans include a monthly AI token allowance (2 million tokens on AI Chat, 5 million on Talk To Your Biz). When it is used up, the chat degrades gracefully to a contact form until you top up or the month renews. No overage is ever charged automatically.
Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard; service continues to the end of the paid period. Token top-ups are one-off purchases and don't expire while your account is active. The 90-day Trial Pack is a single one-time payment, not a subscription: it never renews and is never charged again. When it ends, your AI assistant pauses until you choose a plan. One Trial Pack per business and website.
No unlawful content, no deception of consumers, no attempts to abuse or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
