Equitize ("we", "us") provides AI chat and business-intelligence services to small businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details (name, email), the website content and documents you provide for your AI knowledge base, chat conversations between your visitors and your AI helper, and usage data needed to run and bill the service.
Solely to provide the service: answering your visitors' questions from your content, emailing you transcripts and insights, and metering usage. Your content and your customers' conversations belong to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private documents to train public AI models.
Documents you mark Public may be used to answer your website visitors. Documents marked Private are only ever available to your own account.
We use established AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate answers, Stripe for payments, and AWS for email delivery. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.
You can export or delete your data anytime by contacting info@equitize.com. Deleting your account removes your knowledge base, documents and chat history.
