The Invitation
You have the skill. The door is open. Here is the first step.

Five years on, Tony almost never gets a wrench out anymore — and the funny thing is, he's never been more of a plumber.
There are four locations now. The flat-rate emergency service he dreamed about for fifteen years runs in three cities and is about to be in a fourth. His old foreman owns a piece of the company and runs the original branch better than Tony ever did. The crews are trained to a standard Tony set and now mostly maintains by exception — he steps in when something's hard, when something's new, when judgment is actually required, which is the only work he ever really wanted to be doing in the first place.
He coaches his daughter's team. He took his wife to Italy. The business grew the whole time he was gone.
That man — the one in Italy whose company is growing without him — and the man we met on his knees under a stranger's sink at 6:40 in the morning are the same person. Same skill. Same trade. Same twenty-two years of instinct. Nothing about Tony changed.
What changed is that he stopped being the best worker in his business and became the owner of the best business in his field. He stopped laboring and started leading. He stopped trading his hours for income and started building something he owns.
He didn't get luckier. He didn't get smarter. He got early, and he had the nerve to walk through a door that was standing open the whole time.
That door is standing open in front of you right now.
You already have the part that's impossible to teach and impossible to copy: the skill, the reputation, the decades in your craft. That was always the hard part, and you already did it. Everything else — the systems, the scale, the company, the reach, the equity — used to be the privilege of people with capital and an army. Now it can be built for you, around the thing you're already great at, for a fraction of what it ever cost.
You were never small because you weren't good enough.
You were small because you couldn't afford to be big.
That is no longer true. And the only thing standing between you and the bigger thing you've been quietly dreaming about is the decision to start — early, even imperfectly, even a little scared — while the door is still this wide.
So here's the first step, and it costs you nothing: get your free 10x Growth Plan. A real, honest, specific look at how your business could grow ten times — yours to keep, ours to build with you, or yours to run however you like. No fake numbers. No pressure. Just the truth about what's possible, and an honest map of how to get there.
Tony's already through the door. So are the early ones. The question isn't whether this future is coming — it's here, it's just not evenly distributed yet.
The question is the one this whole book was written to ask you:
The best business now wins. The only question left is whether yours decides to be big.
